2016 Halifax Art Festival Student Show "Extended Display" Join us at ArtHaus November 17 from 5-7 pm for the exhibit opening reception of various artworks from the 2016 Halifax Art Festival Student Show. The "Extended Display" will be available thru December 16 so that you may view the 21 Award winning artworks as well as 50 additional selected art works from the HAF Student Show! You will be amazed at the talent & creativity of these young artists from elementary, middle, and high schools located in east Volusia County.
2014 VAEA Exhibit In October 2014 ArtHaus has a voluntary exhibit for the Volusia Arts Educators Association (VAEA). 30 teachers from across the county showcased their work.
Ceramic Art Exhibition Join us at ArtHaus on Thursday, April 17th from 5-7pm, for the Ceramic Art Exhibition Opening Reception. The exhibit showcases selected ceramic artworks by students of Art Teacher Heather Alexander of Spruce Creek High School. This event is free and open to the public! 2014 AP/Honors Exhibit This exclusive ArtHaus exhibit presented over 90 pieces of original 2D and 3D artwork created by Advanced Placement students as well as over 150 pieces of digitally displayed artwork created by Art Honors Students. Through dedication and talent, these 11th and 12th grade artists from 9 Volusia County High Schools have earned a place in a challenging Advanced Placement and Honors art class. You will be truly amazed at the level and variety of artistic expression that these young artists have achieved. The Dorothy Johnson Award was given to Geena Tropea, 12th grader at Spruce Creek High School, for her piece "Escape." See this award winning piece and others from the exhibit at the link below.
